As President of TW Insurance Brokers Ltd., David oversees the strategic direction and development of the company.

He started his insurance career as a casualty underwriter in an insurance company in the early 1980s. He then joined an international insurance broker company and was responsible for developing and servicing a portfolio of product liability clients.

David graduated with a bachelor in insurance. He also holds a Master of Business Administration in Risk Management from National Cheng Chi University.
